Located at the edge of a Ring Road, Site is away from city’s hustle yet connected by car within few minutes. Programmatically there was nothing different about this project of individual residence but the South facing entrance and requirement of lawn as a part of grand entry moulded the overall planning. Basic structural grid, simple planning, use of modern architectural element respecting city’s weather and use of natural light, ventilation to achieve maximum lit spaces through central court makes the architecture of this residence chic.
