PROGRAMME – Renovation of a factory façade

The task at hand was to re-design the 6,000 sq. ft. facade for two already functional adjoining diamond factories which are connected from the inside. The concept of the new facade has been kept such that it does not reflect the two buildings individually but as one. The shape of the facade was derived from the shape of a diamond itself. The entire structure was made of aluminium composite panel and glass with mild steel structural elements to properly convey the theme.
