Renovating an apartment requires a unique design approach due to space limitations and fixed structural elements. Our goal is to elevate the client's living experience within these constraints. We focus on reusing existing materials, which is both cost-effective and sustainable, while refreshing them with new finishes to enhance their aesthetic appeal.

This three-bedroom apartment renovation presented challenges, such as the old construction and low ceiling height. To minimize disruption, we applied new flooring over the existing surface using a chemical bonding technique. Many of the original furniture pieces were retained, refurbished with new finishes, including the living room sofa, which the client already loved.

Our task was to integrate these reusable elements into the new design and select materials that would enhance the client's ambiance while meeting their specific requirements. Such projects test a designer's technical expertise and creativity. While this renovation cannot be classified as luxurious, the design we delivered optimally suited the given conditions, transforming the apartment into a functional and stylish living space.
