This three and two-bedroom apartment scheme is designed on a rectangular plot with four towers. The project aims to maximize Floor Space Index (FSI) and usable space for residents, with two towers featuring two-bedroom apartments and two towers offering three-bedroom units. To optimize both construction costs and space efficiency, the towers of each apartment type are designed as joint buildings, providing a practical solution for this affordable housing project.

The interior layout was carefully planned to ensure that structural elements like columns do not compromise the usable space within the compact units. Structural columns were strategically offset and integrated into the building’s exterior, seamlessly blending with the elevation design. This thoughtful planning maximized space efficiency, offering a comfortable living environment for the residents.

The central space between the two buildings, nearly 80 feet wide, enhances privacy at the cluster level, even in such a densely populated area. The use of slanted walls in the elevation design adds a unique aesthetic, setting the project apart from typical affordable housing developments. This high-rise project provides numerous benefits to its occupants, offering a quality of living rarely found in this housing segment.
