The design of this apartment began at the pre-masonry stage, offering a unique opportunity to shape the space from the ground up. This early involvement allowed for a tailored layout that aligned perfectly with the client’s needs, eliminating the need for post-construction modifications. As a result, the project was not only more time-efficient but also resource-conscious, as the space was carefully crafted from the outset to meet all requirements.

Our studio design is built around the idea of creating a cozy, welcoming space with minimal intervention to the existing structure. The design blends contemporary and modern aesthetics to foster an atmosphere of innovation and comfort. Dark painted ceilings and black open conduits running in a graphical pattern add a contemporary edge, while black electric light fittings maintain the industrial theme.

Furniture pieces like the raw wood coffee table and waiting area bench add an organic touch, complemented by modern solid wood and metal elements. For privacy and elegance, sandwiched glass with sheer fabric has been used for partitions and doors. This design balances openness and privacy, creating a space where creativity can thrive while reflecting the essence of our work and ethos.
