Nestled in the heart of Surat, Gujarat, this architectural gem reflects thoughtful design amidst the city’s bustling streets. Positioned strategically on a corner plot, the residence embraces the eastern horizon along the main access road, while its southern boundary faces a tertiary street. The client's vision was clear: a 3500 sq. ft. built-up area and bedroom balconies overlooking the main road to foster a connection with the lively neighbourhood. These directives guided the design, balancing functionality with an open, vibrant atmosphere.

In response, the design focused on optimizing natural light and ventilation throughout the space. Wind direction, particularly the prevailing southerly breezes, played a crucial role in shaping the structure. The southern facade was subtly slanted to invite fresh air into the communal spaces and bedrooms, creating a constant flow of ventilation and a fresh ambiance inside the home. This strategic design ensures the residence remains comfortable while connecting seamlessly to its urban environment.

The layout spans three levels, each with a distinct purpose. The ground floor includes parking and future office space, while the first floor features a dynamic living area, contemporary kitchen, and a double-height dining room. The second floor is dedicated to luxury, with two master bedrooms offering panoramic views of the street. Throughout the home, minimalist design elements and vibrant hues bring life to the interiors, creating a serene yet vibrant sanctuary amidst Surat's urban chaos.
