This two-bedroom, hall, kitchen (BHK) apartment scheme is designed on a linear plot with three towers—two joined together and one independent. As part of an affordable housing project, the goal was to maximize Floor Space Index (FSI) and usable space for the residents. This led to the decision to provide all apartments with a two-bedroom layout.

The planning process was carefully executed to ensure that structural elements, such as columns, did not compromise the usable space within the tight areas. To achieve this, structural column offsets were placed outside and integrated into the building’s elevation design. The entry of opposite units was strategically planned to avoid face-to-face placement, ensuring privacy in the living rooms at the cluster level.
