This renovation project focused on updating a 20-year-old structure to meet the needs of a growing multi-generational family of six. The existing building was in excellent condition, requiring minimal structural changes. The key objectives were to add two bedrooms on the first floor and accommodate two car parking spaces on the ground floor, all while respecting the building's original integrity.

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area that connects seamlessly to the kitchen and a bedroom, creating a spacious, family-friendly environment. The first floor includes two master bedrooms, a small TV room, and a large balcony that serves as a communal gathering space without disturbing household activities.

The interior design follows a minimalist approach, with a neutral palette of beige and grey. Custom elements, such as Moroccan tiles in the TV room, a fabricated kitchen-dining partition, and unique wooden bed details, were integrated to reflect the family’s personal style. These thoughtful design choices ensure a functional yet aesthetic home, tailored to the needs of every generation living in the space.
